Living room window, bird from colored and clear waterglass, clear and German New Antique glass.

The client for this window is a wildlife biologist who studies birds. Combining clear and colored water glass gives dimension to the bird, while pulling it forward from the antique glass used for the background. I used clear waterglass because it picks up the colors and textures from the background which helps to give movement to the bird. It is also continuously changing along with the seasons.
